With Alexandra Martens (industrial management assistant), Eric Hacker (cutting machine operator turning) and Dennis Loboda (mechatronic engineer), we welcome three new trainees this year. They continue a decade-long, successful training tradition at BERG Spanntechnik.
BERG has always attached great importance to qualified and motivated young talents as we want to work together with our apprentices in the long term. Therefore, we train exclusively as per our needs ‒ always with the aim of taking over all BERG trainees. Our traineeships offer a learning and working environment with a future perspective. Our trainees for the industrial sector for example benefit from a perfectly equipped training workshop and state-of-the-art machinery. And also in the commercial sector our young colleague expects diversified and exciting task fields.
After greeting by the management, the welcoming folder was handed over to the new trainees. It contains all important information about the company, the contact persons, rights and obligations as well as helpful hints for the procedure in the first days. This makes it easier for our trainees to get used to the training company and to make the transition from school to working life.
We wish our trainees a lot of fun and success and a pleasant start into professional life.
