Our customer MTU Aero Engines recently sent us spring-actuated clamping heads of the type SPM-HV 40, with which interchangeable pallets from the transfer line are clamped in a 5-axis multitasking machine. This is where highly complex engine housing assemblies are processed in 3-shift operation.
The general overhaul of the clamping heads was carried out in time and in accordance with our customer's production schedule. Thus MTU Aero Engines could quickly resume the production process and ensure the quality of its products with our completely renewed clamping heads.
Our customer explicitly praises the extremely fast and uncomplicated processing as well as the flexible timing. They would be happy to use our services for follow-up orders.
